What is the Member Portal?
The Member Portal allows Alliance members and legally responsible parties to access some of their health information and to talk to their care worker via email about non-emergency information. Alliance works with a company called ZeOmega, Inc. to run the Member Portal. To login to the Portal use your User ID and password.
Is my Personal Information safe?
Personal Information is any information that lives in the Member Portal such as your name, address, birthday, and your health information. It also includes information you can add to the Member Portal. ZeOmega uses secure networks to protect your Personal Information. Nothing on the internet is ever 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee everything will always be safe. To help keep your information private, you should not share your password to your Member Portal.
Is my child's information safe?
Our websites are not meant for children under 13. ZeOmega does not knowingly collect or request Personal Information from children under the age of 13.

Do I have to share my Personal Information?
No. The decision to share Personal Information is voluntary which means you can choose to share it or not. We take steps to verify (check) your identity before you can access the Member Portal to make sure it is you that is logging in.
Will Alliance Health ever share my information with others?
We may share your Personal Information and messages if:
* There is a legal request to share it or to comply with a law.
* There is a government request or to look into claims of fraud.
* You gave us permission to share it.
Are links to other websites protected?
No. The ZeOmega web sites may have links to outside web sites for your information. If you click those links, you will leave the ZeOmega web site. ZeOmega does not control those sites or their privacy practices.
Is Alliance responsible for any issues with the Portal?
Alliance Health cannot guarantee that the website will not have errors (mistakes). Alliance cannot know that this website and its server are free of computer viruses. Alliance does not guarantee that this site will always be available, open, running, timely, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free. Alliance also cannot guarantee connection to the internet to access the information.
Will this privacy policy change?
Yes, Alliance may make changes to this Privacy Policy. Any changes will become active when the revised version is posted. The next time you visit the Member Portal, after revisions are posted, your use will fall under the terms of the new Privacy Policy. Users should check the policy for any updates.
